On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room where comfort and warmth take center stage. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals. Also on this floor are the first bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower.
The first floor offers two more tastefully decorated bedrooms. One of these rooms features a queen-size bed, while the other has two single beds. The second bathroom is also located on this floor. From one of the bedrooms, you have access to a private balcony and a rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding nature.

The outdoor spaces of Villa Son Xota Nou are perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together. There are several terraces and seating areas spread throughout the grounds, so everyone can find their own spot. Think of the sun terrace by the pool or the veranda terrace.
The large private pool is an absolute highlight. It consists of a bigger section (9 x 5 meters, 1.90 meters deep) and a smaller children’s pool (2.4 x 3.3 meters, 0.50 meters deep), making it suitable for all ages. Sun loungers around the pool invite you to relax and soak up the sun.

“Superb finca, beautifully located. Absolute peace and quiet! For us, 4 adults and 3 small children, the house was perfect! We lacked nothing and Karlien was super quick to respond to anything we needed. The house is lovely and the pool is great for kids as there is a small connecting pool with shallow water! The kids and we enjoyed it too! We would have liked to stay longer, unfortunately the holiday was too short 😊! We would love to come back!!!”
