The finca consists of two separate buildings that meet in a charming patio. The first building, all on the ground floor, houses the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The second building, entirely on the first floor, has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a private living room. Both buildings have their own entrance, allowing you to enjoy privacy while still being connected through the shared patio.
Outside, there is plenty of space for both activities and relaxation. Several dining areas have been set up: one dining table on the patio, a second on a higher terrace with stunning views over Mallorca’s natural landscape, and a third near the BBQ area.
From the patio, you can easily walk to the pool. A big advantage for families with young children is that the patio gate can be secured, preventing the kids from accessing the pool unsupervised. By the private pool, you’ll find a veranda with a comfortable lounge set for relaxation, and of course, sun loungers for those who love soaking up the sun.
Small events are possible upon request; whether it’s an intimate wedding, a cozy family celebration, or another gathering, the finca provides the perfect space and atmosphere to make your event unforgettable.
