The villa consists of two floors, each with its own private entrance and direct access to the terraces, garden, and pool. The first floor, the main residence, offers a spacious, bright living room with a dining area for 8 people and an open kitchen. Large doors lead to the expansive and impressive terrace where the pool is located. There are three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, and an additional toilet.
On the ground floor is the studio: a second living room with a dining area for 4 people and an open kitchen. Large doors open to the garden. The fourth bedroom and a fourth bathroom are also located on this floor.
The entire villa is spaciously designed, modernly furnished, and features air conditioning and central heating throughout. There is ample space to be together, as well as to enjoy some privacy.
